Writing on your lap is never an easy or comfortable task and I usually end up crossing my legs to get my pad of paper at the best angle to write on - this is where it all starts to go wrong.’

My foot usually goes to sleep and often I end up with back ache as I strive to sit comfortably AND write on my lap simultaneously - NOT any more!
